Free consultation
Are you hesitating to embark on a life-changing journey?
I offer you a free 15-minutes consultation to guide you towards the possibilities that are best suited for you and to answer your questions. Just give me a call or send me an e-mail. I’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
What are the fees?
EMDR, counseling: 140$
Adventure therapy, laughter yoga, mindfulness dance and team-building activities: rates upon request, depending on needs.
So that your happiness doesn’t depend on your budget
If you don’t have the privilege of relying on insurance, or if your financial means are a barrier to seeking help from a wellness professional, let’s talk!
I offer solidarity rates and commit to reserving time in my schedule for meetings at reduced rates.
How long do I have to wait for an appointment?
At the moment, my consultation schedule is very full.
I now have a waiting list for an appointment: expect a delay of 3 to 6 months.
Is it possible to meet online or by phone?
All services are available online via the zoom platform. Some telephone follow-ups are possible, but online appointments are preferable to help build the connection and therapeutic relationship.
Recommended duration and frequency
The duration and frequency required to experience positive change varies according to the reason for our meetings. Some people will see beneficial changes after just one hour, while others will need follow-up over a longer period of time.
However, in the case of consultations aimed at treating trauma, 90-minutes sessions enable us to be more effective. If you can afford it, “intensive” sessions of 2 or 3 hours can be offered. This has been shown to be a good investment of time and money, as we can avoid repeating the introduction and closing parts.
Insurance
I am recognized by the various medical insurance providers in New Brunswick, as well as by WorkSafe NB, the Canadian Armed Forces and Veterans Affairs Canada, Blue Cross and the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program.
Your insurance company will be able to inform you of the reimbursement terms for therapy or social work services.
Cancellation policy
In order to respect all my clients, and to give myself the possibility of managing emergencies, I apply the following cancellation policy: There is no charge for appointments canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance. However, an appointment canceled the day before or a “no-sow” will incur a charge of 50% of the session.
Emergency contact
If you’re in imminent danger call 911 or go to Emergency.
