Using mindfulness, together we will explore your resources, and I will help you bring to light certain bodily reactions connected to your experiences and guide you to complete certain movements or unfinished reactions.

We will also have the opportunity to explore your various developmental needs, the adaptation strategies you have developed, and support you in achieving a certain release, a greater self-understanding, ultimately leading you to a more integrated experience of yourself.
